Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that aims to exchange students and teaching staff between higher education institutions providing education in the country and higher education institutions providing education abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 23 August 2011 and numbered 28034, the way for the exchange of students and lecturers between higher education institutions abroad and higher education institutions in our country has been paved.

Students who want to participate in the exchange program must study for at least one and at most two semesters; lecturers can benefit from the program to teach in higher education institutions around the world for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. Similarly, students and lecturers from all parts of the world can come to higher education institutions in Turkey within the scope of the program and participate in educational activities.
